VacationSavings policies
VacationSavings is a month-to-month digital membership. Once a monthly membership payment is charged, it is nonrefundable and is not prorated for unused days, except where required by law. There is no separate rescission period for a monthly payment under this policy. Cancel through your member back office before your next renewal charge to stop future billing. If you cancel after a monthly payment is made, your account remains active through the end of that paid period and does not renew for the next billing period. Canceling does not reverse a charge for a paid period that has already begun.
The $495 enrollment fee is a one-time fee, unless you cancel or resign and later rejoin, or your account becomes more than 90 days delinquent. In those cases, a new $495 enrollment fee is required before reactivation and use of services or booked travel, even if the fee was originally waived. There is no additional annual membership fee.
An initial enrollment fee or re-enrollment fee actually paid is refundable if you cancel through your member back office within three days (72 hours) after that fee is charged. After that period, the fee is nonrefundable, except where required by law. The enrollment-fee refund does not refund a separately charged monthly membership payment or a supplier purchase. No enrollment-fee refund is due if the fee was waived and no amount was paid. Nothing in this policy limits a refund or other remedy required by law.
If your offer expressly includes a free trial, cancel through your member back office before the trial ends to avoid the first paid membership charge. The trial end date and first charge date are displayed at checkout and in your account. After a paid period starts, the membership refund terms above apply. An offer without a trial is charged immediately as disclosed at checkout.
Membership fees are separate from the price of purchases made through the platform. Every hotel, resort, condo, flight, cruise, excursion, activity, concert or sporting event ticket, venue admission, rental car, transfer, product and other offering has its own cancellation, change, delivery, redemption and refund terms. Policies differ by property, supplier, fare, ticket and offering, as with public booking sites. Some purchases may be nonrefundable or carry penalties. Review the specific terms before payment and use the provider’s instructions on your booking or purchase confirmation to request a cancellation or refund. Applicable mandatory refund rights continue to apply.
Members must call the concierge using the contact details in the member portal to obtain discounted published cruise rates. The cruise line’s and quoted offering’s deposit, payment, cancellation and refund terms apply to the purchase.
Canceling membership does not cancel travel or another purchase and does not request a supplier refund. You must be an active member when taking booked travel and accessing or redeeming any other platform deal. If you cancel or resign and later rejoin, or your account becomes more than 90 days delinquent, you must pay the $495 enrollment fee again, even if it was originally waived. This applies whether you return directly, through the same influencer, or through another influencer. Paying that fee does not override a supplier’s booking restrictions or guarantee reinstatement of an unavailable offering.
Price-promise remedies follow the supplier’s separate terms; a 110% difference credit is future travel credit, not a cash refund. Report incorrect, duplicate or unauthorized membership charges or access issues to support@VacationSavings.com. Include your signup email and charge date, but never a password or full card number. We will review and correct confirmed errors. Applicable legal rights remain protected.
